COMPLETED PROJECT WEST ROAD LOOKING SOUTH

Combining water, sewer and highway improvements into one construction project provided the Town of Manchester with a cost effective solution for both utility and transportation improvements. The improvements followed the municipal master plan for the water improvements, recommendations to reduce infiltration/inflow, and replacement of deteriorated storm water piping.

Dufresne & Associates, PC worked with Al Baccei, Town Water and Sewer Superintendent, and Alan Mowery, Village Highway Superintendent to define the specific improvements necessary to fulfill the municipalities needs. Design began in 2000 with construction completed in the fall of 2001.
