Water Treatment Facility Construction Services

City of Montpelier, Vermont

For over two decades the City of Montpelier planned construction of a surface water treatment facility to produce potable drinking water from the Berlin Pond source. After numerous site relocations during preliminary design, the construction of a state of the art 4.0 million gallons per day water treatment facility was initiated in 1998.

D&A provided construction consulting services during the 620 calendar day construction period, which concluded in June 2000. These services included:
