ROUTE 11/30 WATER MAIN EXTENSION
MANCHESTER, VERMONT

The Town of Manchester, Vermont in conjunction with a local developer will extend the water system distribution main and the water system service area to allow a private school to be constructed. The 3,900 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe will be installed along heavily traveled US Route 11/30 at the base of Bromley Mountain.
The water main final design activities were initiated in January 2004 and completed in February 2004, less than 60 days after notice to proceed. Construction activities are planned for the Spring of 2004.
